2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failed Transactions: If a deposit is unsuccessful but the amount is deducted from the user’s account.
  • Duplicate Payments: In cases where the user has accidentally made multiple deposits.
  • Technical Errors: If a user is unable to access their deposited funds due to a system malfunction.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a deposit was made fraudulently without the user’s consent (subject to verification).
3. Refund Processing Time
  • Refund requests are processed within 3–7 working days from the date of request submission.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI account) used for the deposit.
  • Users must email info@wyndrox.com with transaction details for refund initiation.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Gameplay Losses: WYNDROX IT HUB does not offer refunds for losses incurred during gameplay.
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions: If a user is found violating fair play policies, refunds will not be entertained.
  • Incomplete KYC Verification: Refunds will not be processed if the user has not completed mandatory KYC verification.
  • Withdrawn Funds: Once funds are withdrawn, they cannot be refunded or reversed.
5. How to Request a Refund
  • Users must contact info@wyndrox.com with the following details:
    • Registered mobile number
    • Transaction reference ID
    • Screenshot of the failed transaction (if applicable)
    • Reason for refund request
  • The WYNDROX IT HUB team will investigate the request and communicate the outcome within the refund processing time.
6. Dispute Resolution
  • If users disagree with a refund decision, they may escalate the complaint by contacting info@wyndrox.com .
  • WYNDROX IT HUB reserves the right to make the final decision on refund disputes.

  • WYNDROX IT HUB reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
  • Users will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notifications.
